The Peninsula Touch Association has received $2,700 from the Federal Labor Government’s 2023-24 Volunteer Grants.

The association will use the funding to purchase a new line marking machine.

Quotes attributable to Federal Member for Robertson, Dr Gordon Reid MP:

“I commend the Peninsula Touch Association on receiving this support from the Federal Labor Government.

“I know that this support will enable the club to undertake its own line marking which will help save vital funds which can be put towards other important areas of the association.

Quotes attributable to Rod Dillion, Peninsula Touch Association:

“The Peninsula Touch Association is a fast-growing sports community.

“We have over 500 members during summertime, and 40 teams.

“This support from the Australian Government will help the association purchase a line marking machine, which will mean we no longer have to have a contractor do the work.

“Thank you to Dr Gordon Reid for his support of the Peninsula Touch Association”, Mr Dillion said.
